Spring rolls were delish and the sushi was very fresh! Mu hubby and I go here often and the last few times were a little concerning but our visit last night had us convinced we'll be coming back again. Yummy!!

Great experience and wonderful food. The cooks are definitely skilled in their art, and they are sure to entertain in the process. Our chef teased my son quite a bit which he needed, he was getting a little too confident lol. The environment was clean and definitely added to the experience. Highly recommended.

Las Vegas rolls were 100% on point. I just moved in from out of town and am happy to find a solid place to get sushi! Even had one of the managers come by and ask me how my food was which was extremely gratifying. Definitely making this a routine stop!

Great place to go in small group or large. I went on a Friday night and it was a great experience. We had the young chef, he was great. I highly recommend going...I saw the other chefs working and they were great also. Food was delicious and reasonably priced for quality of food.

Incredibly delicious sushi, beautiful atmosphere and really fast & friendly service. Definitely not something you'd expect to find in Hayden ID but if I'm ever passing through again I will absolutely be dining here again!

did not bring out rice till finished eating dinner. ordered steam rice. guess we aren't special enough to get it like the normal fried rice people. Was finally asked if I wanted a refill AFTER I was done eating. my beer was gone before my food was done. or my rice lol.

Delicious sushi. Good service. Good atmosphere.If you're in Hayden, do yourself a favor and try out Fu-Ki.

Fantastic food. Easily the best Fuki I've eaten at. Portion sizes are fantastic while keeping a moderate pricing.
